There are no prices on the web site - how do I obtain a list?
As a chocolate wholesaler and manufacturer, we sell our products through distributors and directly to corporate clients.  If you are interested, please feel free to contact us directly at (905) 470-2888 in the Toronto area, or 800 668-6459 toll free.  We are not open to the general public, but do offer selected products through our e-commerce site.  In order to view these items, please create an account to enable on-line ordering.

Are distributors protected?
Absolutely! We have been in business for over 29 years, have always supported our distributors and work with them to ensure respect for their accounts has continuity throughout our system.

Turn around time (how fast can you produce the order)?
The usual turn around times are noted under our CUSTOM PACKAGING page as 10 business days for a new logo, after final approval of the art work. Rush orders are available, time permitting, for a 20% surcharge. Custom packaging may require additional lead times.

What art work is needed?
Art work supplied for a hot stamp or chocolate logo must be print quality, in black & white, no half tones or shading.  Art charges apply if the art work needs touching up.  Art work my be sent electronically and a list of file formats is available on our ART WORK page.  In each case, you will be sent a proff for final confirmation, which will also list the order details and costs, so be sure to include your full contact information and email address to ensure a prompt response.

Are there any set up fees?
Yes, for the hot stamp plate itself and / or the work involved in setting up a custom logo chocolate.

What are your usual terms?
The first order is COD. We will provide an invoice by email or fax prior to shipping. You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, Money Order, or certified company cheque in advance of shipment. Once CREDIT has been established, our usual terms are net 30 days.  Products ordered on line will be processed using a secure server.  On line purchases may be paid through credit card or by Purchase Order, provided this option is enabled for your company.

Are taxes applicable?
Our location within Ontario requires us to charge the GST (5%) and PST (8%).  If you are PST exempt, please complete the standard exemption form and fax it to us in advance of invoicing your order. PST is a consumption tax and not charged on goods shipped outside the province of Ontario. Effective July 1st, 2010, the Ontario goverment will require us to invoice with HST (harmonized sales tax of 13%) and exemption from the PST portion will no longer be allowed.

We need a specific package - can you do it?
Order size will help to determine the final answer, but we do provide custom designed packaging in addition to our regular inventory. Smaller orders may still be customized to a large extent with colours and styles selected from our in stock options. If you are choosing to fully customize the order, please keep in mind that this will increase the turn around time.

Are you able match a PMS#?
Hot stamp imprinting is a different process than printing and we are not able to match colors exactly, but will come as close as possible. Our foil colors are listed on the IMPRINTING PAGE, along with the PMS numbers they are closest to. If there is a concern regarding two or three different colors, we can forward sample swatches for your client to choose from. You may also consider four colour printing process on larger volumes, or laser colour printed labels instead of hot stamp imprinting for smaller volumes.

Are you able to ship my order for me?
Yes, we are able to handle your logistics, provided we receive a spreadsheet with complete contact info that can be uploaded into our system. Our main carrier during cooler weather is Fed Ex Ground. The fee for our service includes the shipping charges, fuel surcharges and follow up to ensure every package reaches its destination. Emailed signature confirmation is available as an optional choice.

Do you provide product samples?
Most of our small packages are available at no charge. The medium and large boxes will require a nominal purchase price and you will be responsible for shipping charges. If you need it in a hurry, provide us with your Fed Ex, Purolator or UPS account number and we will ship same day for you.
